INITIAL CONSULATION & Assessment
During your FREE Initial Consultation & Assessment session, you can expect to:
- Review your fitness history.
- Establish your health and fitness goals.
- Develop a custom plan of action unique to your goals.
- Discuss prices and payment options.
- Answer any questions you may have.
ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
In One-on-One Personal Training, you can expect:
- Customized strength training program based on your personal goals and fitness level.
- Customized cardio program made to pair with your strength training sessions with me (optional).
- If you are new to a traditional gym setting, I will teach and help you navigate this new environment.
- If you are an experienced gym goer, I can take your fitness to the next level with a focus on long term strength, mangageable cardio, joint health, and longevity.
- Continuous logging and monitoring of progress and making the necessary adjustments along the way.
- Regular Goal Review sessions.
- Accountability, high fives, and tons of feel good vibes!
Duration: 30 minutes.
PARTNER TRAINING
Partner Training: 2 people.
In Partner Training, you can expect:
- All the benefits from One-on-One Personal Training listed above.
- Share the cost. Receive the same quality training with cost effective pricing.
- Gain valuable motivation and accountability from your friends or family.
